Privacy notice

What this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do about it. It is short because there is not much.

The details

Who
Juniarto Saputra, a software engineer based in Auckland, New Zealand. You can reach me at [email protected].
What I collect
If you use the work order form, your email address and your message. Nothing else is asked for. If you write to me directly, I receive whatever you send. To keep bots out, the form asks Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is filling it in, which may look at your IP address and browser signals.
How it travels
The form sends your email address and message to this website's server, which emails them to me from a mailbox at askjuni.com hosted by Purelymail. The server keeps no copy: it holds the message only for the moment it takes to send it. If sending fails, the form opens your own mail app instead, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there.
Booking a call
The Book a video call button opens a Google Calendar booking page, which Google runs under its own privacy policy, so this site never sees what you enter there. The booking appears in my Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and I keep it like any other appointment, which I will delete on request.
Why
To reply to you and talk about what you asked, or to hold the call you booked.
Sharing
I do not add your details to a database or a customer system, and I do not share them with anyone.
This site
No cookies, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no Google Analytics. The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver pages and runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate visit and page-speed figures to me. Cloudflare's Turnstile script loads only when you start the form. To slow abuse, the server counts recent form attempts per IP address in memory only and writes nothing to disk. Links to demos and profiles open other sites, which have their own notices.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything I hold about you by emailing me.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please tell me first. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand at privacy.org.nz(opens in a new tab).
